A very Professional Goalkeeping Academy, Les is meticulous in all aspects of his work.
Edwin Van Der Sar, Manchester United

Les has done a great job with the younger keepers here at Chelsea as well as working with myself and the other 1st team keepers. I have as you can see visited his goalkeeping camps, the structure and professionalism shown is the same as you get at any top professional  academy.
Petr Cech, Chelsea

In Les I’ve found a very thorough and professional Goalkeeping coach. I would be glad to recommend his services to any level of Goalkeeper.
Maik Taylor, Birmingham City

Les has helped me gain confidence and improved my game with his thorough and specialised coaching.
Cedric Berthalan, Crystal Palace

Les was a great help whilst I was on loan at Crystal Palace. His standards are high, his coaching repertoire was varied and enjoyable.
Thomas Myhre, Charlton Athletic

Les started coaching for me a number of years ago when he was still playing. On becoming the manager at Crystal Palace I was pleased to have Les back onboard as my first team goalkeeping coach his coaching experience was extremely useful when dealing with the keepers at the club under very difficult circumstances.
Steve Kember, Crystal Palace ex-manager

Les Cleevely has been coaching the goalkeepers at Whitgift school for over a year now and has had a tremendous impact on not only their handling but their all round technical ability, his sessions are well organised enjoyable and up to date with the modern game resulting in our goalkeepers contributing to some very successful teams in season 2009-2010.
Colin pates (ex Chelsea, Arsenal, Charlton, Head of Football at Whitgift School)

Goalkeeping success stories

We are pleased to be linked with a large number of professional and semi-professional achievements. These aren’t just goalkeepers who we have coached on 1 or 2 occasion, they are goalkeepers who we have worked with over a period of time and had the opportunity to aid in their goalkeeping development. We are pleased to announce that these claims can be fully backed up unlike a number of coaching companies whose association is loose at best.

These are just a few high profile keepers that we have worked with in more recent times and this success has been continued through the last 13 years. This level of achievement is not only unequalled with other gk schools, but is the tip of the iceberg with regards the large number of keepers that are doing great things at club level as a direct result of the most comprehensive goalkeeping programme in the country today.
Some of the high profile goalkeepers that I have been fortunate to have worked with have helped to form a sound philosophy.

Petr Cech, Maik Taylor, Edwin van der sar, Carlo Cudicini, Casper Schmiechel, Thomas Mhyre, Henrique Hilario.

These values are transferred to all of the young keepers that we work with. As well as high profile keepers we have worked with and alongside some of the top goalkeeping coaches at some renown clubs.
Our club associations and contacts are second to none in professional and semi-professional football all over the world.

*Ross Worner was with us for over 3yrs, and some pro clubs thought he was not big enough, but he kept on working hard, and was with Woking's academy from the age of 14, he made his first team debut in 2007/2008, and for the 2009/2010 season, Ross was awarded Manager's Player of the Year and Supporters' Club Player at the end of season awards. In August 2010, Ross signed for Charlton Athletic FC.
